What are the available types of payment?
We accept multiple forms of payment to make your experience as convenient as possible. You can pay using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or e-transfer prior to delivery. If you prefer to pay with cash or cheque, we do require a credit card on file. This ensures that we have a backup payment option available in case the cash or cheque is not accessible at the time of delivery.
What are the office hours?
Our office hours are designed to accommodate your needs. We are open from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Saturday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be requested before 7 am on the day of delivery. If a cancellation is made after this time, the customer will be charged a minimum fee, which varies depending on the area.
What goes into the cost of the water?
The cost of water consists of several factors, including the bulk water rate established by each municipality, as well as expenses related to wages, fuel, insurance and truck maintenance. Additionally, the price of each delivery load varies based on the volume, size and location of the delivery.
