Order Placement:
Our regular office hours are 8 am-4 pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 8am-2 pm (Closed Holidays).

Smith's Water Delivery guarantees same day service if your order is placed by phone before noon Monday to Friday * and for Saturdays please place your order by Friday.

Orders placed via email will be handled as a next day delivery unless otherwise specified.

If you do not receive a confirmation please call the office to insure delivery.

*Same day service guarantee does not apply during drought conditions or inclement weather i.e.: snow or ice storms.

Prices vary according to location and consumption. Larger quantities can be accommodated. We also have an option for automatic delivery.

Residential customers are preferred COD however accounts can be established on approved credit.

We accept cash, cheque, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Interact services are available at the office and internet banking can also be arranged.
